Legendary is the final race of the Porsche Cup 1993 in Hockenheim, where Uwe Alzen and Altfrid Heger had driven themselves around head and neck with these racing Porsche 964! With the Porsche 911 Carrera RS, Porsche established a manufacturer’s cup that can hardly be beaten in terms of thrills and action.

If the regular Carrera RS was not uncompromising enough for you, you could order the Porsche 964 Carrera RS N/GT. This was a homologation model for Group N or GT use. Original N/GT models can be identified by the equipment code M003. In other words: no insulation, no carpets, no interior headlining trim and a factory-welded roll cage. Porsche also equipped the 964 Carrera RS N/GT with a fire extinguishing system, Schroth belts, emergency stop switch and a larger petrol tank. The weight was reduced by another 70 kg to 1,150 kg. 290 orders were placed for this most extreme of all RS models.

This Carrera RS N/GT is in a very beautiful condition and is technically very well maintained. Maintenance and reconditioning have always been carried out by the reputable specialist workshop Stadler Motorsport. Invoice receipts since 1996 show investments of over CHF 260’000. At a mileage of 167’000kms the engine and also the gearbox were completely overhauled. This engine was also built on the specifications of the “3.8 RSR”. A following measurement on the rolling dyno showed impressive numbers: 310 hp and 375 Nm !

The Carrera RS N/GT is not necessarily a “Grand Turismo”, but rather a pedigreed driving machine for the truly dedicated enthusiast and for passionate driving.
