First registration 1949

Fully restored – Frame Off

Swiss road registration with veteran entry

The 1949 MG TC offered here was in the last ownership for over 50 years and was fully restored, i.e. completely rebuilt. The great MG enthusiast and collector paid meticulous attention to every detail – never before have we seen such a beautifully and first-class restored MG TC. The maintenance manual and operating instructions as well as many documents, including invoices, photos of the frame-off restoration, wiring diagrams, templates, reports and articles are available. Serviced and freshly veteran-checked, this beautiful MG TC is ready for a new owner.

The MG TC is a British automotive icon in a classic roadster design with a timeless, sleek and open body, manufactured by Morris Garages (MG). It belongs to the T-series, a range of sports cars produced by MG from the 1930s to the 1950s. The MG TC, which was built from 1945 to 1950, is particularly noteworthy as it was the first MG model to be released after the Second World War and established the brand’s international fame.
Today, the MG TC is a coveted collector’s item and a symbol of the charm and simplicity of post-war sports cars. Its classic design and authentic driving experience make it a favorite among classic car enthusiasts.
